How to use myHEX

What myHEX is

myHEX is a non-custodial dashboard for HEX on PulseChain and Ethereum. It reads your balances and stakes straight from the HEX contract on each chain and gives you one place to track, start, ladder and end stakes, watch the market, swap and bridge.

Non-custodial means myHEX never holds your funds and never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Every action that changes the chain is a transaction you sign in your own wallet, and you can always read the details in the wallet prompt before approving.

What you need

• A browser wallet or a mobile wallet that supports WalletConnect (MetaMask, Rabby, Trust and similar all work).
• Some HEX on PulseChain or Ethereum if you want to stake.
• A small amount of the native coin (PLS on PulseChain, ETH on Ethereum) to pay gas.

Your first three minutes

1. 1Press Connect in the top right and pick your wallet.
2. 2Check the network chip next to it: myHEX follows your wallet's chain on connect, and you can switch between PulseChain and Ethereum at any time.
3. 3Land on Overview and confirm your HEX balance and stake list look right.
4. 4Use Stake to open your first stake, or My Stakes to review what you already hold.

Browsing without a wallet

Most of the app is readable without connecting. You can open Market, Rankings, Learn and any public address page. Paste an address or an ENS/PNS name into a lookup field and you get a read-only view of that wallet's balances and stakes.

Connecting

The Connect button opens the wallet modal. Once connected it shows a shortened version of your address, or your ENS/PNS name when one resolves. Opening it again lets you copy the address, switch account or disconnect.

Switching chains

The network chip in the header controls which chain the app reads. Changing it asks your wallet to switch too, so what you see and what you would sign always match. On connect, myHEX aligns itself to whichever chain your wallet is already on, so an empty stake list is almost always a chain mismatch rather than missing data.

Combined view

Where a card supports it you can choose PulseChain, Ethereum or Combined. Combined adds both chains together and values each side with its own local HEX price, because HEX on PulseChain and HEX on Ethereum trade independently.

Live updates

Balances, stake counts and stake status refresh as new blocks arrive rather than on a fixed timer, so a confirmed transaction shows up within a block or two without reloading the page.

Balance cards

The top of the page shows your liquid HEX balance and your native coin balance for the selected chain, each with a fiat estimate based on the live local HEX price.

Stat grid

• Staked principal: the HEX currently locked in your open stakes.
• T-Shares: your total share weight, which is what determines your slice of the daily payout.
• Estimated payout: interest accrued so far on open stakes, updated as the protocol day advances.
• Stake count: how many stakes are open on the selected scope.

Needs attention

This panel surfaces stakes that are close to their end day and stakes that have already matured but not been ended. Late-ended stakes lose value over time, so treat anything listed here as a to-do. Selecting a row opens the actions sheet for that stake.

Portfolio history

The chart plots daily snapshots of your position so you can see principal, T-Shares and fiat value drift over time. Snapshots start accumulating from the first time the app sees your wallet, so a new wallet begins with a short history.

Opening a stake

Once a stake is open the principal is locked until its end day. Ending early triggers the protocol's emergency-end penalty, so pick a length you are comfortable holding.

1. 1Enter the amount of HEX to lock, or use the percentage shortcuts to stake part of your balance.
2. 2Choose a length in days. The panel previews the resulting T-Shares, the longer-pays-better and bigger-pays-better bonuses, and the end date.
3. 3Review the numbers, press Start stake and approve the transaction in your wallet.

Ladder builder

The ladder tool splits one amount across several stakes with staggered end dates. Set the total amount, the number of rungs and the spread between the shortest and longest stake, and myHEX shows the per-rung amount, term and projected T-Shares before you commit.

A ladder gives you regular maturity dates instead of one large unlock, which makes reinvesting or taking profit easier to plan. Each rung is a separate transaction to sign.

The table

• Principal: the HEX locked in the stake.
• T-Shares: the share weight that stake earns with.
• Served / Term: days elapsed against total days, with a progress bar.
• End date: the calendar day the stake matures.
• Estimated payout: interest accrued so far, refreshed each protocol day.
• Status: pending, active, matured or late.

Ending a stake

Open a stake and choose End stake. If the stake has matured, you receive principal plus interest. If it has not, the dialog warns you about the emergency-end penalty and shows the estimated amount you would lose before you sign.

Ending late also costs you: after a grace period the protocol reduces the payout each further week, which is why matured stakes are pushed to the Needs attention panel.

Calendar and export

Export your stakes to CSV for spreadsheets or tax records, and add end dates to your calendar so maturities never slip past you.

Making a swap

1. 1Pick the token you are selling and the token you are buying, then type an amount.
2. 2Read the route preview: expected output, price impact, the route taken and any fee.
3. 3If the sell token needs an allowance, approve it first, then confirm the swap.

Slippage and settings

Slippage tolerance sets how far the price may move before your trade reverts. Deep pairs are fine at a low tolerance; thin pairs may need more. Your default is stored in Settings and applied to every new quote.

Cross-chain swaps

Choosing tokens on different chains routes the trade through a bridging provider. These take longer than a same-chain swap, and the status card tracks both the source transaction and the receiving transaction until the funds land.

Fees

Any service fee is shown explicitly on the route preview before you confirm. Lifetime Pro members have the fee waived automatically.

Sending a transfer

1. 1Choose the origin and destination chains and the token to move.
2. 2Enter the amount and, if you are sending to a different wallet, the recipient address.
3. 3Approve the token if required, then review the summary sheet and sign the bridge transaction.

Tracking

Every transfer gets its own status page that steps through submission, confirmation, validation and delivery on the destination chain. Bridge history keeps the full list, and the recovery view helps with transfers that stall so you can gather the details support needs.

Before you bridge

• Keep enough native coin on the destination chain to move funds once they arrive.
• Double-check the recipient address: bridge transfers cannot be reversed.
• Expect minutes, not seconds. Leaving the page is safe, the transfer continues on-chain.

Price and chart

The header shows the live HEX price for the selected chain with its recent change. The candlestick chart supports several timeframes, and the toolbar lets you change interval and chart preferences.

Pools and trades

Pick which liquidity pool the data comes from when several exist; deeper pools give steadier pricing. The recent trades list shows live buys and sells with size and time.

Comparison

The comparison view overlays HEX on PulseChain against HEX on Ethereum so you can see the spread between the two markets, which is useful before bridging or arbitraging.

How tiers work

Sea creature tiers group stakers by T-Shares, from the smallest tiers up to whales, whose threshold is derived from the live active share pool. Because the pool changes daily, so do the thresholds.

Looking up a wallet

Paste any address or ENS/PNS name to see that wallet's tier, its T-Shares and how far it is from the next tier. The distribution card shows how many wallets sit in each tier, as a table or a bar chart, per chain.

Where the numbers come from

Tier counts come from an indexer that walks HEX stake events on both chains and keeps a running total of active shares per wallet. The data status card shows how much of the share pool has been indexed so you can judge how complete the counts are.

Analytics

Breakdowns of your position over time: principal against interest, T-Share growth, and how your stakes are distributed across terms and end dates.

Activity

A chronological feed of your stake starts, stake ends, swaps and bridge transfers, each linking out to the block explorer for the underlying transaction.

Address pages

Any address has a public, read-only page showing balances, stakes and summary statistics. Nothing on it can be acted on, which makes it safe for sharing or research.

Watchlist

Save wallets with a nickname and follow their stake activity in one feed, so you can track your own second wallet or keep an eye on notable stakers.

Stake simulator

Model a stake before committing: enter an amount, a term and an assumed rate, and see projected T-Shares, payout and effective yield. Change one input at a time to see which lever matters most for your plan.

Telegram alerts

Link a Telegram chat and choose how many days before maturity you want warning. myHEX then messages you when a stake is approaching its end day and again if a matured stake is still open, so you avoid late-end penalties.

Membership

Pro is available monthly, yearly or as a lifetime purchase. Lifetime members additionally have swap fees waived. Checkout runs on a hosted payment page and access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed.

Settings

• Default slippage applied to new swap quotes.
• Default network shown when you open the app.
• Notification and alert preferences.
• Display preferences for balances and formatting.

Safety rules

• myHEX will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Nothing legitimate ever does.
• Read every wallet prompt before signing, especially the contract address and the amount.
• Bridge and swap transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed.
• Ending a stake early or late costs you value: check the warning in the dialog first.
• Nothing in the app is financial advice, and projections are estimates, not promises.
